With their Salesforce Tacton configurator, Tacton provides organizations with Sales Configuration and CPQ functionality to Salesforce CRM.  The Salesforce Tacton configurator will available via the Salesforce.com AppExchange in Autumn 2010.

Being fully compliant with the latest Salesforce CRM, the Tacton has is offering three key points in their configurator offering:

1. Configuration functionality for interactive sales configuration and guided selling
2. Dynamic pricing for price calculation and optimization during the configuration session.
3. Automatic document generation of complex and professional custom quote, proposal and order documentation, enhancing the standard the Salesforce Real Time Quote functionality.

Although the Salesforce Tacton configurator will not be available on the AppExchange until Autumn, Tacton clients are already planning to be using this system this summer.

Product configurator software from Tacton Systems will lay the foundation for new sales tools for Alfa Laval.  They intend to use the Tacton configurator as part of their ebusiness approach with their external channel users and rollout to them in 2011.

Product configurator software from Tacton Systems is a new addition to  e-business solutions provided by T-Systems Multimedia Solutions.  Product configurators enhance the T-Systems offering by allowing their end customers to easily sell simple, customized and complex products.
