Product configurator technology for Microsoft Dynamics provided by Experlogix Inc.,  streamlined ordering processes for Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift Europe (MCFE) and their over 100 European based dealers. The newly implemented system has improved stability, ERP integration and user acceptance.  Product configuration and ordering processes have been reduced from 8 minutes to 90 seconds and dealer usage has climbed from 30 to 95 percent.

These results impressed and Gartner recognized them with two awards, one for CRM excellence and the other for efficiency, at the Gartner Customer Relationship Management Summit in London on March 16-17, 2010.
