Product configurators from Configure One will be helping Fat Spaniel customers configure their own renewable energy reporting and monitoring services.

Fat Spaniel is counting on Configure One product configuration technology to lower efforts in their sales cycle by automating sales, engineering and order taking processes.

“Our customers want a global partner to help manage the situations involved with configuring all the equipment required to support a complete solar power plant installation,” said Randy Rajagopal, senior director of marketing for Fat Spaniel. “We feel that Concept was more understandable, easy-to-use, and it resonated more with the evaluation team.”
